Elle Médine Picauly
Growing up, Elle Médine was always surrounded by personal development and self-growth. While her mind was constantly being challenged, she often felt disconnected from her body. Finding yoga changed that completely. What started as a physical practice soon became a way to reconnect mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Since completing her first yoga teacher training, she has taught classes, retreats, and workshops around the world. Her teaching combines dynamic Vinyasa, mindful movement, Yin yoga, and meditation to create spaces for growth, balance, and connection.
