The snorkeling tour is an amazing experience for discovering the underwater Maldives. This excursion takes you by small speed boat to visit some of the favorite snorkeling sites where you can see beautiful coral reefs and varieties of tropical fish.
Ubicación
The island of Thimarafushi is one of the inhabited islands of the Maldives. Geographically located in the Thaa Atoll, also known as the Kolhumadulu Atoll, the island has a recorded population of 4253 people. As the Maldives is famous for its surrounding sea and its bountiful treasures underwater, Thimarafushi has its own sea transport vehicles. It owns two launches for various purposes and nine mechanized dhonis for fishing. It has three other boats which travel between Malé and atolls.
In September 2013, a new airport on reclaimed land was opened on the island. The size of the island increased to 0.62 square kilometers following this project, which also added a new neighborhood. In Thimarafushi there is a youth center that provides many indoor games, like table tennis, billiards, badminton, and futsal. It's not for school students after 6 p.m. There is a bashi court for women and a volleyball court for males and females. A new basketball court is to be opened.

Transfer from Male City to the island is possible via 3 options:
- Domestic flight direct from Male city; 25 minutes approximately - Departure from Male at 2:15 pm.
- Domestic flight from Laamu Atoll and catch an island ferry or private speed boat hire.
- Speed ferry; 3 hours approximately.
