Myna, luxurious yacht
The Myna is 36m in length and can accommodate up to 16 guests. Its high functionality and service oriented professional crew will grant you the vacation you deserve. 4 decks are kept in high maintenance for your leisure with a total of 8 cabins.
The main deck offers a spacious and air-conditioned communal area, with internal dining room, a comfy living room with a flat-screen TV, and audio equipment, and an adjacent bar, alcohol-equipped.
A total of 4 open spaces are located at the nose and beam, on the main and upper decks for you to relax or enjoy a good book. At the top of the Myna, you will find a spacious open sun-deck, equipped with sun beds and a jacuzzi, the perfect place for your morning yoga routines or after surf relaxation.
Programa
During this trip, you will travel throughout the Central Atolls guided by two insiders who have lived and traveled the Maldives extensively, and you will surf famous spots like Chickens and Cokes, and other off the beaten tracks surf spots. But you are going to enjoy in full what the gorgeous Maldives islands have to offer, not just surfing.
Intermediate to advanced surfers will have the option to surf daily (even twice a day weather permitting) at different locations, thanks to the dhoni boat that will take them to the various surf spot.
You will visit local islands, sandbanks, experience the real Maldivian culture and try local foods. You will surf uncrowded waves and wake up to a sunrise on the Indian Ocean. You will swim with fish and manta rays, it will be like snorkelling in an aquarium. You will celebrate your adventures with a barbecue on a deserted island, looking at the stars.
This experience is for intermediate surfers and advanced surfers, but non-surfers can enjoy as well, as this is a multi activity trip. The crew on board Myna, the locally built luxurious Maldivian cruiser, will look after you and accompany you in the different activities.
Rooms are spacious and cozy, and the top deck provides a lovely area for relaxing and sunbathing. Relax in the top deck jacuzzi at the end of the day. You'll remember this trip for the rest of your life!
Surfing
The package includes multiple, daily surf sessions in various surf spots, plus surf photography and 3 video analysis of your surfing by Andrew, with feedback to help you improve. For intermediate to advanced surfers only.
Surfing is only available for independent, intermediate and above surfers. In order to join this trip as a surfer you need to be able get to your feet consistently, catch your own waves and duck dive.
Instructores
Andrew Goodman
Co-founder of Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching, Andrew has been a surfer for 39 years and a surf coach for 14 years. Andrew will personally help you with your surf technique, ocean knowledge (an element that plays a huge role in surfing), and your mindset. His unique talent of identifying a surfer's shortest path to improvement will bring progress and quick results for you. He is known for getting people results, fast.
Eleonora Fiorini
Co-founder of Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching, Eleonora is a mindset coach and a Reiki practitioner. Her knowledge and understanding of human energy will help you clear blockages that you maybe did not know you had, and that stand in the way between you and your progress, helping you gain courage, strength, and control. Eleonora will also be your support for anything you need before, during, and after the retreat.
Ubicación
You will stay aboard the Myna yacht, your floating hotel for the week, navigating around reefs, surf spots, and sandbanks of the Central Maldives atolls.

Arrival
Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching will pick you up in the arrival hall of Male airport, in front of the Dhiraagu shop (local phone line shop), between 12:30 (noon) and 2:30 pm.
When booking your flight, please make sure it lands before 10 a.m. You will need approximately 2 hours to clear customs and pick your bags/surfboards.
If your flight lands at 7 or 8 a.m., there are a few cafes in the same arrival hall where you can relax, have breakfast and wait for your pick up. There is also a pharmacy, a convenience store, a souvenir shop, a drug store, a Burger King, and 2 local SIM card shops, called Dhiraagu and Ooredoo.
Departure
If your flight is in the early morning, you will be dropped off at the airport in time to catch any flight after 8 a.m. If your flight is in the evening, you can hop on a short ride to go from the airport (where Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching will drop you off) to Male city, and visit the beautiful local market, have lunch or dinner in one of the many restaurants, and do some sightseeing.
Or, you can book a day visit at the airport hotel in Hulumale, that has a nice beach and a pool. If you'd like to visit a resort, Kurumba and Bandos offer from time to time a daily access pass for resort visit. These are 2 lovely resorts located 10 minutes speed boat ride from the airport.
