Style and luxury meet in spacious and bright apartment units. Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchenette and private bathroom. The room has a king-size bed and contains ample windows with curtains for privacy. Air-conditioners are available for all units. Private bathrooms provide towels and spacious showers. Sea Renity is committed to the environment as they recycle and treat water for 0% pollution. The apartment unit is located only footsteps from Malpais' trademark natural tide pools.
Programa
There are three surf lessons tailored to your specific level of skill: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Your instructors will provide the best knowledge of Santa Teresa's local beach breaks. Two full days of ATV rental, so you can go explore nature and the incredible biodiversity the Nicoya Peninsula, has to offer.
Montezuma waterfalls, Cabo Blanco nature reserve, and Cabuya's majestic trees are only of the few wonders surrounding Malpais. Welcome smoothie, daily breakfast, and surf spot recommendations are also provided. You are welcome to enjoy the shared areas of the house which include a large kitchen, swimming pool, and parking.
Itinerary
The first day starts off with your hosts receiving you with a fresh smoothie. Surf spot overview and recommendations take place to ensure guests' safety and local surf knowledge. The first two days will offer a daily breakfast and a morning surf lesson with certified surf instructors. They provide surfboard rental for the guests to use during lesson hours. On day three of the stay, the ATV arrives at Sea Renity's door and is available for 48 hours.
They grant their guests the best information on routes and natural landmarks to visit around the area. You can take the provided snorkeling gear to enjoy the aquatic life surrounding Malpais and Santa Teresa. On the final day, a last surf lesson takes place to say goodbye and be grateful to the ocean.
Instructores
Vladimir Montoya
Vladimir is a local instructor knowledgable of the many types of waves in Santa Teresa. He teaches beginners, intermediate and advanced surfers to improve their skills in the water and provides knowledge of the local beach breakes of the Peninsula.
Pablo Rodriguez
Pablo is a local of Santa Teresa and has been surfing and teaching others how to surf these waves for over 15 years. Focused on technique, Pablo helps beginners, intermediates and advanced surfers improve their skills while maintaining a positive attitude in and outside the water.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. Sea Renity can arrange transportation from the airport directly to the house or they can arrange a transport to pick you up from your destination.
Arrival by bus
Transportes Cobano is the bus company that departs daily at 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. from San Jose's bus station called 7-10. You might have to change buses in Cobano and take the last bus to Santa Teresa.
Arrival by ferry / boat
From Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), you can drive to Navierry ferry in Puntarenas. If possible, it is recommended to buy the ticket previously online. The ferry ride is about one and a half hours. The ferry lands in Paquera and another two hours of fields and jungle drive to the magical Santa Teresa town.
Arrival by shuttle
They arrange a shuttle to pick you up from your destination and take you to Sea Renity.
