More than just a retreat

The idyllic location provided the perfect backdrop to relax and restore. Catherine's guided meditation and yoga practice was soulful and deeply restorative. The vegan food was delicious and nutritious, even for a meat eater like myself. The accommodation was beyond my expectation, comfortable, clean giving space for good rest. The nature walk and foraging under Este's knowledgeable guidance was so informative. Nothing beats immersing myself in nature and finding space to breath. This retreat gave me all I needed from the hustle and bustle of London, and then some. Thank you Catherine.💖
