The surf house offers a stunning view on the ocean, beautiful sunsets to enjoy for yoga sessions or dinners. The food is amazing, mixing traditional Moroccan dishes with occidental options. The village is full of surfers from all over the world. The surf lessons are amazing.

Everyone was so welcoming as soon as we arrived and we found the all of the instructors friendly and knowledgeable. The days are well organised and the facilities are very clean.

People:

International community, I found several friends, and even from the same city, in the camp there were mainly Germans, after a week the French arrived, everyone is very friendly, open, in the evening after dinner there are joint games))

Transport/location:

There is a round trip transfer from the airport to the villa. The villa is located on a mountain, in the middle of absolutely nothing. This is not even a city, but tourist surf houses next to huge ruins, abandoned houses and garbage. There are 3-4 normal cafes and minimarkets on the hill. Everywhere they accept only cash.

But for me, the big minus was the complete lack of ability to move from the beach to the villa. In the morning you go to a surfing spot, there is 2 hours of surfing + lunch + another 2 hours of free surfing and only then return to the villa together. Being tied to a group like that sucks. You don’t always have the strength/desire to stay after lunch, but the administration charges 15 euros for one transfer from the beach (on average about 20 minutes by car) as an additional payment.

Surfing photos are also paid! and I was also unlucky, since not prof. The photographer erased all the frames, and even after several days of filming, there was nothing left as a keepsake.

In general, I had good impressions after, but there are such disadvantages that I don’t think I will come back again.

I absolutely loved my time at Surf Soul Adventure and can only highly recommend this surf camp to anyone. The team does an amazing job with everything. It immediately felt like family and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I learned so much in just three days of surfing, because the guys really are just pros at what they do and they do it with such a passion and joy it is contagious. I wish I could have stayed longer, but for sure am already planning to be back. Thank you so much for this amazing time :)

Magical place with wonderful people. You feel like being home, the food is so delicious, bkf, lunch and dinner is all included and you eat sharing with your buddies. There’s a real convivial and positive vibe. The surf coaching by Omar is super, he’s a real teacher that cares to explain you where to fix and improve. This is a place where you can regenerate yourself, after a tiring day in the ocean spent to catch the best waves, also yoga classes are available for a perfect treat! The house was beautiful, with cool decoration and furniture. I slept really well during the whole week as they have confortable ferm matrasses.

I traveled alone to this camp And I enjoyed meeting people from many countries, from different ages, who were all very friendly and relaxed. Andrea and Omar created a wonderful experience where everyone is welcomed home to rest and/or to enjoy surfing. The food was excellent, from breakfast to dinner.

The whole team is super nice, and helpful. I miss them already!

If I were to come back to surf in Morocco, I would go back there without any hesitation.

Andrea, Omar and the entire Salty Goat team provided a wonderful service during my 4 day stay. The time I spent at the camp facility felt more like being at a home than a camp as a direct result of the obvious dedication and efforts of its founders. I experienced timely and accurate communications with Andrea prior to my arrival with all questions answered in a way that provided me confidence in the level of service I was going to receive. Daily events are well advertised and logistics are well orchestrated at a facility that is clean and simple. The surf instruction was delivered by attentive and happy instructors that really enjoy teaching and were very patient with this beginner. The cooking staff makes traditional Moroccan food at every meal and it is awesome! Meals are served family style letting everyone get to socialize at a comfortable outdoor commons area. Yoga classes were delivered on the roof top studio which augmented the sessions by including elements of nature with the setting sun, some wind and view of the ocean. Yoga instruction was delivered by a dedicated and professional instructor and provided at a level that makes for a good conclusion to a day of activity. Surf instruction continued after dinner with a photographic debrief by Chief Surf Instructor Omar. Each person that received instruction that day got to revisit their efforts and receive additional pointers in preparation for the next days events. Cheers!

5 Stars are not enough to say, how amazing this Surfcamp is! Everyone is so nice, warm hearted and funny. That really gave me the feeling of having a home in Morocco. Also the food was more than amazing.

From start to finish I was looked after, brought into what felt like a home and part of surfing/yoga family. The house, surfing and whole experience exceeding my expectations. The staff really care and make you feel welcomed

I had a lovely week with Omar & Andrea. The location, the food, and the surfing was amazing! Combined with a yoga session- perfect!

The experience was great. The team at Salty Goats is great. They make you feel home. The house is clean and well maintained. The breakfasts and dinners are very good. The chef will make sure your dietary requirements are met. Andrea is making sure everybody is happy and get all they need, she organizes your pickups and drop offs in the background so you do not need to worry. Ali will be there in case you need anything, any surfing instruction, local recommendations or just a nice conversation. Samira the yoga instructor is great, she provides daily sessions that help you relax from the day in the water or perform better next day. Omar is a great surf instructor and you can be sure he will find a way to get to you and help you improve every day.

First thing I noticed was a quick response to my queries, when I arrived I was made to feel really welcome.

The surf lessons were fun and the feedback I received was great, I was catching waves on my back hand with confidence which was my personal goal.

The food was healthy and meal time on the roof terrace was a great social time, dinner with perfect sunsets every time!

The rooms were spacious and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day in the waves!

During my stay we followed the covid-19 outbreak. When many countries were closing their borders and Morocco closed their airports, Andrea and Omar made to feel safe and planned for the eventuality that we might have to quarantine in Morocco. Luckily all guests managed to get flights back to Europe. But they really made everyone feel safe!

Andrea is taking care of everything so that you have nothing else to do than enjoy your day. And Omar and Mohamed keep the perfect balance between fun and serious teacher when you are on the board. And food was so delicious...best pancakes ever. I was expecting to surf....i did surf and a lot more !
