Very good people here

An excellent kitesurfing center for everyone. I went there with no experience and learned a lot. Mixalis is a very nice, friendly, calm and relaxed guy which makes it easy to come down. The lessons are very flexible. You can visit the island and learn to kite at the same time. If you get there, I would also recommend the accommodation "studios vrettos". The owners (the family of Mixalis) are very warm and friendly. I would definitely do it again.

I really wanted to learn how to kite and this spot was perfect for that. The instructor Mixalis gave me very good advice and hè is teaching you with a radio, so he can tell you what to do while you are actually doing it. Also, they bring you with a boat further on the water from the shore. Because of this you are completely alone and other kiters wont bother you (as they are not there). And you can try all the time, cause youre not close to the shore. For me those factors are making it the perfect place for me. Other than the kiting, the family Vrettos who is hosting the place/appartment is super friendly and nice to hang out with. They really make you feel very welcome! Furthermore there is also lots of other people to hang out with, for example on te private beach they have. Breakfast is good as well and the appartements are super clean!

Very good accomodation with easy going and approachable hosts. Kitesurfing Instructors and School were excellent, providing good feedback, excellent gear and a good surfing location. On days with too little wind (fortunately we had only one) the instructors are decisive and realistic about the conditions and lessons are cancelled at no charge or (in our case) rescheduled. There is a lot of positive atmosphere and friendly faces all around. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good and affordable kitesurfing experience.
