Kristen believes yoga is a beautiful gift to be shared with others. She started her yoga journey back in 2005, leading her to find the Ashtanga method in 2014. Being a strong practitioner of Mysore Ashtanga yoga, her authenticity, and true passion are transparent in her teachings. She is a student of R. Sharath Jois and is appreciative to have studied under her teachers Emilia Arenas, Kino Macgregor, and Tim Feldmann. Her positive energy and kindness will help you improve your physical, emotional and spiritual practice.
Alvaro Dormus
Alvaro is Costa Rica native and a certified instructor with over 15 years of experience coaching all levels. He has the International Surfing Association (ISA) Level 2, Lifeguard Certified and Certified Institution Costa Rican of Turism (ICT). He specializes in private surf lessons, helping people of all ages to achieve their surf goals. His mission: to educate, inspire and empower people to a greater sense of awareness and knowledge through surfing. Alvaro will help you feel comfortable, and confident and have fun out there!
