Sagres Sun Stay - Surf camp & Hostel

Very nice accommodation, clean and tidy. Thick curtains on the beds were good for privacy.

The surf instructors were nice and always helped when I had questions, especially Fabio.

There was good yoga classes, nice swimming pool as well as being near a beautiful beach.

Nice friendly staff

The accomodation was very luxurious and clean. Kind staff! Location on 5 min drive from the most amazing surf beaches. Luka gave us surf lessons and it was a lot of fun! He was guarding our safety and tried to help everyone equally. We had a wonderful experience.

The team did their upmost to accommodate us! I had some technical difficulty when making the booking plus also there was a mix up with our surf class separating 1 of our friends but they managed fix it so we could all stay together! We had so much fun with everyone there and made new friends. The dorm was nicely arranged with private drawers and locks. Thank you so much!

I liked the accommodations, the staff and people.

The hostel is really well equipped, with many other travellers staying there and in the area. Rooms were tidy with lockers and curtains for each bed, the breakfast was great with lots of options, and had lots of facilities (yoga terrace, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, co-working space), and staff were helpful and friendly.

The surfing lessons were great. The teachers were enthusiastic, upbeat, knowledgeable and ensured continuity for each individual so we could focus on our individual improvement.

The lessons were fun, and taught us all the basics of surfing, how to read the sea and wave conditions, technique and surfing ethics.

The hostel was clean, organized and people at the reception are ready to help and very nice :-)

I really liked the behavior of all the staffs of the camp. They are awesome, friendly. The camp mates are also so much friendly and easy going.

Op zich was de acommodatie netjes (slaapkamer 2 personen), douche warm, lekker zwembad erbij. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en ook de eigenaars deden erg hun best.

De windsurflessen waren veel beter dan de golfsurflessen. Goed uitleg met tekening in het strand, iemand met bootje die tips gaf en je in de gaten hield. Wel ben je dan iets meer afhankelijk van het weer (bij ons vielen 3 dagen weg; wel voor gecompenseerd).

The various environment and the cleanliness

Man hat so viele neue Leute kennengelernt, alle waren so offen und es war eine Woche mit Erlebnissen, die ich nie vergessen werde.

I had, overall, a lovely time. Did three full days of surfing, with the equipment being good, and basics were taught well - thank you, Lukas!

The hostel is very chill, and the two meals per day are nice, hearty and great value for money. It is overall clean, friendly and just a nice hostel experience.

The hostel staff, particularly, were very friendly, incredibly helpful and super nice.
