Kirsty is a kind, friendly experienced teacher. Her classes have a relaxed friendly vibe but are still challenging. She teaches Hatha, Hatha Flow, Yin, yoga for adults with special needs, yoga for children with developmental challenges, chair yoga, yoga for surfers, SUP Yoga and SUP Fit. She has taught in the UK, Sri Lanka, France and Hungary. She teaches workshops and retreats around the UK and abroad. She loves to see the transformation in people from before to after her classes. It inspires and brings her happiness and peace that she helps people, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
