Karoline is driven to inspire people to live to their fullest potential by sharing her wellness, movement, and self care practices with others in order to help her clients and students feel their very best. Karoline is a 200 hr RYT specializing in Hatha Vinyasa + restorative yoga and has been teaching for five years. Her unique style of yoga cultivates inner awareness, strength, heart opening, balance, and release through a series of carefully cultivated postures. She leads you through powerful breathing practices in order to awaken prana energy and connect the mind, body, and soul.

Hernan finds profound purpose as the surf coach for the children of the Gigante Brigade. This role fuels his creativity in crafting unique teaching approaches. He understands that each student navigates the learning curve differently, honoring their individual journeys and requirements. Surfing transcends mere sport; it is an exquisite art form practiced on the ever-moving canvas of the sea. A spark of excitement ignites within him each time someone new ventures into its embrace, for he knows firsthand its potential to reshape lives.
