There will be yoga sessions at the beach or on the board in the late afternoon when you will relax your body and soul. You will connect with the elements of water and air. The fresh sea air will help you breathe deeply and fill your body with oxygen. The sea will help you relax and connect with your inner self. Find your balance and try some difficult yoga poses. According to ancient Greek philosophers, an exercise that makes you overpass your fears and limits can transform you into a stronger person.

Zante Fitness and Yoga Retreats Greece Schedule

Day 1: Arrival day

On the first day, there will be multiple arrivals! You will meet up at around 9:30 p.m. at the hotel bar. If you arrive early in the morning, you can chill at the accommodation or visit Gravity gym.

Day 2

From 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., you will have a SUP lesson, which will include:

  • Introducing to SUP
  • Out of water stretching
  • Out of water balance technique
  • Learn to get up and fall into the water with safety
  • Quick lifeguarding workshop
  • Small fun tour

From 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., you will have beach yoga session.

Day 3

From 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., there will be a SUP lesson with an introduction to SUP surf.

From 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., enjoy a SUP yoga class.

Day 4

From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., enjoy a turtle SUPfari tour.

From 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., enjoy AcroYoga class and Thai massage.

Day 5: Departure day

At 8:00 a.m., there will be an early morning beach yoga session.

Instructors

Dimitris Giakoumelos
Studio one school of fitness (Fitness Instructor)
Dimitris is a personal trainer, lifeguard, football coach, SUP and surf instructor, and group exercise leader (TRX, kettlebell, cross training, indoor cycling, HIIT). He has been holding an athletic life, and when he was 18 years old, he was a football player in Zakynthos professional team.
Tati Ntozi
Tati is a personal trainer, yoga and Pilates instructor, model, and life coach. From the age of four, she practiced ballet and gymnastics. It did not take her long to feel that her future was to become a trainer. In 2007, she started her studies in Thessaloniki in the physical education and sports department where she also became a lifeguard and trainer of gymnastics, swimming, and acrobatic diving. She is also a holistic therapist and nutritionist.

Location

This retreat will take place in Argassi, which is located in the eastern part of Zante and quite close to Zante Town. Argassi used to belong in Zante Town, but as the years went by, it has evolved into an autonomous resort offering the essential amenities for memorable holidays. It is an ideal choice for families, couples, or friends as it combines sandy, shallow beach and great nightlife in a modern resort. Zakynthos has beautiful sandy beaches, warm sea, and rush water ideal to join some SUP tours.

During this retreat, you will be served daily breakfast. Mimosa restaurant is one of the oldest and most famous restaurants on the Zakynthos island. It has a spacious hall, garden, and seaside dining areas. It serves daily lunch and dinner and can host weddings or corporate events.
