Included excursions

You will have daily boat trips to surf on Frigates Reef in this surf camp. You will reach Frigates Reef from the paradise island of Yanuca just seven miles off the south coast of Viti Levu, the main island of Fiji. The reef is similar in size to a football field. Swell can come from anywhere between southwest, south, and southeast providing rideable waves nearly every day of the year.

Frigates Reef is one of the few breaks in Fiji, even the South Pacific, where it is possible to surf all day, on a high or low tide. Low tide offers a hollower barrel most days than the high tide and is preferred by many surfers. Beside boat trips, you will also enjoy beachfront snorkeling in marine park and village tours (if you are interested).

This surf camp will take place at Yanuca Island Resort, Fiji. You will have a real surfer's feeling, looked after by surfers and the friendly Fijian family which owns the land. This beautiful resort is protected in a small jungle filled cove and you can dive into warm blue water from the incredible white sandy beach straight in front.

The island of 450 acres has one village of 300 people and the Fijians are world renowned for their friendliness and hospitality. They accept you in like family and also leave you to your privacy. You can discover the beautiful beaches and breathtaking views of Frigates Reef and the Beqa lagoon located around the island of Fiji.

You will be served daily buffet meals on this surf camp. Breakfast is usually fruit, porridge, eggs / bacon, and toast. Lunch on the boat is sandwiches, fruit, and snacks.
