Stand Up Paddle surfing (SUP) is a very old sport, only the kings of the Polynesian tribes used to surf this way for centuries. It quickly became fashionable and the new trend spread around the world very quickly. Nowadays, it is used to surf waves, do race races, or explore the landscape in comfort in rivers and lakes.
You don’t need a lot of experience, everyone can do it, whether young or old, athletic or less athletic. In addition to being fun, it is a great workout for the whole body, you can train strength and resistance and exercise your back, stomach, and torso by playing sports.
Classes are scheduled every day at 9:30 am or 2:30 pm. On the first day, they will do a small questionnaire to understand the level of the student and what you want to learn or improve then they choose the right equipment and you start your adventure at sea.
At the end of the class, the student will be evaluated to understand what was their progress and prepare for the next days of class, which will be scheduled immediately. The process continues for the following days until the end of the course.
