During this yoga retreat, you will be staying at The Cotton House, Bali. This luxurious villa is located in the heart of Seminyak, a short walk to the beach.
Start your day with Wholesome Life's early morning yoga class followed by a nutritious breakfast. Energized and nourished, you’ll be able to bring your best game to a surf session on Seminyak Beach. The surf program will be 2:1 surf instructor to student ratio. After building up your surf skill and your appetite, you will return to the villa for a healthy, flavorful lunch. Then, you can enjoy a little rest and relaxation by the pool until dinner time.
This Bali yoga retreat blends Hatha, Iyengar ,and Vinyasa. It is led by highly experienced yoga retreat instructor, with practices are designed to connect your body with your breath while quieting the mind and melting tension.
