From the roof terraces of the villa, you will have a breathtaking view of several popular surf spots and the mountains, the perfect spot for chilling out after a long day of surfing. The villa in Tamraght has several suites, double, and standard rooms for a total of 18 guests.
The rooms are spread over four floors that mean a lot of room for everyone. Each room has either a sea view or looks over the beautiful garden. Of course, you can find Wi-Fi in the camp in Tamraght and in the lounge, there is a wide range of games, great music, and a small library with novels, magazines, and guidebooks. Pets are not a problem in the surf camp.
This is a little summary for you to give you a glimpse of what to expect during your surf holiday in Morocco with West Surf Morocco. Every day will be adjusted to waves and surfing conditions so the times may vary sometimes. The surf lessons are individually created to each and every one of you (maximum of six people) so you can learn surfing in a fun and efficient way.
Note: If you will be tired one day, you can also take a half a day of surfing and go for one of the day trips or just relax a little under the Moroccan sun on the beach.
Morocco is a popular surf destination all year round. In general, Morocco is a very safe and peaceful country. The surf camp is located in a traditional Berber village, Tamraght, which is located directly on the beach. It is a quiet town that is perfect for chilling and surfing with the surf spots Banana Point, Devils Rock, Crocro, and Panorama Beach.
If you find that ashore is “too quiet” at times, the bus stop and taxi stand in front of the camp link you with Agadir to topple you into the Moroccan nightlife. Your belongings are safe on the beach and we always have an eye on them but, please do not bring any valuables, such as passports, credit card, or other things to the beach.
You will be prepared with daily breakfast and lunch. Once a week, West Surf Morocco arranges dinner in Taghazout which is always a great time. Alcohol is not a problem but the problem is trying to find it because it's not widely available. You won't find any alcohol in Tamraght or Taghazout. However, you can buy it in Agadir at various shops. Thus, it is best to ask your airport driver to stop at an alcohol shop on the way to the camp.
There are also refrigerators at the camp for you to store your alcohol in. West Surf Morocco also fully understands vegetarians and any special dietary requirements but please tell it to West Surf Morocco in advance so that they can make sure everything is ready for you. Please do not drink the tap water as it will make you sick. There is a shop just around the corner from the villa where you can buy water.
