Program

This program is perfect for those who are more energetic and don't mind waking up early. Start the day with a yoga session and return refreshed and get ready for a day of surfing with a great breakfast, around 8:30 a.m.

The team will prepare the plan and indicate the surfing destination. You will leave at around 9:30 a.m. to the beach with better conditions for that day, where you will start with a short introduction and warm up exercise. After one and a half hours or two in the water, it’s lunchtime. After that pause, you return to the surf camp, and it’s time to chill. out. At the end of the day, you will have a second yoga session in order to stretch your muscles and prepare for the next day.

Halfway through your stay, one day pause from surfing will allow you for either hiking or exploring Sagres, book an extra activity or simply enjoy relaxing.

All Thursdays, the group will go together to the most southwestern point of Europe (Cabo de São Vicente) to enjoy the sunset. This a special moment that WaveSensations loves sharing with everyone. On the last day of the surf course (usually on Fridays), it is time to make a review of the week and share all the emotions with the other participants, so you all will join for a barbecue, where everyone is welcome.

Food

A breakfast buffet is served each morning and is included in the package. Usually you will dine together every night. Dinner consists of everything from a large barbecue at the camp to eating at a restaurant in village with all the staff. Everyone is welcome to join, so even if you are traveling alone, you will have dinner companions from day one. Each surfing day you will get a lunch box with a sandwich, bottle of water, fruit, and cereal bar.
