The surf hostal is located two blocks away from the beach "La Curvita" in Huanchaco, where you can always count on good surfing conditions, especially for beginners and intermediate surfers. Huanchaco is an extraordinary surf destination in Peru. Huanchaco has consistent waves, thousands of years of surf history, excellent hospitality, and competitions for all ages. There are five separate breaks in Huanchaco, stretching across over a kilometer of beaches, for all different surf levels.
Most breaks here work at all tides. Currents in Huanchaco can be strong. Although the currents are usually not dangerous, they can certainly give you a workout! In September, along with the start of the Peruvian spring, sand movements begin. The rocky beaches can be covered with sand until the summer. These sand movements can cause some small variation in the breaks and their position.
During this program you will enjoy a hearty and healthy breakfast that includes a fresh juice, coffee or tea, yogurt, fresh fruits, bread, butter, honey/ jam, cheese, two eggs, and vegetables.
