A retreat for surf, yoga, wellness, and creativity, roll out your yoga mat and blow away the cobwebs. Get out on the ocean. Be inspired. Dream big. The team at Pineapple House believes in simplicity, in wholesome living, in balance. They are surfers and yogis who are inspired to live by these principles. The Pineapple House was born from this passion. They are not a full service yoga retreat or a cheap surf camp. They are quite small and personal, but perfectly formed.
The Pineapple House is split over two traditional, boutique villas, one three-bedroom and one two-bedroom (all en-suite) villa. This luxury three bedroom (all en-suite) villa was originally an antique wooden joglo from Java, which was transported to Canggu in Bali, and was rebuilt to specification. The building and interior design was completed in August 2013. There is lots of space for you to hang out and relax in the large living area. There are also plenty of beany bags and sofas to sit and read or catch a movie from.
With a large doorway between the two villas, there will be lots of space for you to hang out and relax in the two large living areas. There are also plenty of bean bags and sofas to sit and read or catch up with your fellow guests on the days' activities. The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped and ready for expert and novice chefs alike! The villas were designed specifically for laid back fun. Rumah Nanas also has super-fast Wi-Fi throughout.
The villas can be opened up to make one large space with five bedrooms or used as two separate villa, depending on guest requirements. The guest accommodation consists of five private bedrooms with en-suites, hot water, fans, and air conditioning.
Two of the downstairs bedrooms have four-poster king sized beds and a single bed along with a walk-in wardrobe, the remaining two downstairs rooms have dour-poster double beds, walk in wardrobe and outdoor bathroom including a large bathtub. The upstairs bedroom is a double and comes complete with its own "Romeo and Juliet" balcony overlooking the working rice paddies.
There are two refreshing swimming pools with decking area for your ultimate relaxation when not in the surf or in a yoga session, and not forgetting the “Nap Shack”, a comfy poolside gazebo that beckons you for an afternoon snooze.
Do as much as you want or nothing at all, at The Pineapple House you will find your perfect combination. In this retreat, you will join group yoga classes led by world class instructors and have amazing surf sessions (lessons, coaching, or guiding). A stay at The Pineapple House is not a full service yoga retreat or a cheap surf camp experience. Ideal for solo travelers, friend duos, and couples.
Guests stay because they want a chilled, but supported private villa hideaway that includes a generous helping of exercise, relaxation, and fun. The team at The Pineapple house makes sure that you get the very best yoga and surfing experience that Bali has to offer, but this will probably only take up three or so hours of each day, leaving you with plenty of time to explore the endless sights and activities on offer across the Island of the Gods.

An incredibly balancing and rejuvenating massage. The placement of stones on your key energy points will help promote relaxation in the body and open up meridians, while the aromatherapy oil relaxes your mind. Hot stone therapy melts away tension, calms the psyche, releases toxins from the body, and increases circulation and metabolism. The professional massage therapist also incorporates a customized massage with the use of hot stones. The direct heat of stone relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist access to the deeper muscle layers. The hot stones expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body.
