You have the chance to spend seven nights at Talamone Camping Village, in a one-bedroom apartment both equipped with every comfort: linens and towels, air conditioning, private bathrooms with shower, and patio with table and chairs. The village is surrounded by the Natural Park of Maremma in a splendid panoramic position on a hill overlooking the bay of Talamone. All cottages are surrounded by secular olive trees and rosemary and broom bushes and have a breath-taking view of Talamone.

Some facilities of the camping village are sports and entertainment activities, mini or junior club and evening shows in high season, swimming pool with parasols and sunbeds, beach with two sun lounges and a parasol, use of canoes and pedal boats, brand-new sports facilities such as tennis courts, basketball court, soccer field with synthetic grass, shuttle to the Parco Beach and the cliffs of Talamone in July and August, electricity, final cleaning (except for kitchenette), and one parking place. Talamone Camping Village also has numerous campsites.

Program

Talamone Camping Village offers you the chance to learn your preferred wind sport in one of the most famous locations in Tuscany, the bay of Talamone.

You can choose the time of your classes with the instructors, morning or afternoon. Upon arrival and after visiting the location you can stop by the beach to meet them and organize your week according to your needs. You can spend afternoons by the beach, or at the swimming pool. You can also schedule a "day off" from your classes and take a short trip to one of the many amazing locations in the area like the Terme di Saturnia (hot springs). You can visit the Natural Park of Maremma which is right next to the camping grounds, and hike along the trails.

The entertainment staff will plan games and activities for all guests, you are more than welcome to join in!

At Talamone Village's Ristorante Panoramico, you can taste fish and meat dishes as well as pizza. In the menus, you'll find typical dishes, with appetizers, first and second fish or meat courses, as well as exquisite pizzas. Upon request, and for a small extra, you can also enjoy half-board or full-board service. There is also an à la carte menu and carefully chosen local wines. The restaurant is open at lunch and dinner.

Arrival by train

The closest railway station to Talamone is in Fonteblanda, but since it is small, only local trains stop there. So, you are advised to stop in Orbetello and then take the GITAVan bus which is a free service we provide to our guests and stops just at the campsite entrance. The GITAVan is active between the middle of June and the first week of September.

Driving directions from the North or North-West

  • From Genova motorway direction to Livorno
  • Then SS1 Aurelia direction to Grosseto-Roma
  • Exit for Talamone
  • Talamone Camping Village is on your right just one kilometer before the village of Talamone.

Driving directions from the North-East

  • From Autosole exit Firenze Impruneta to freeway Siena-Grosseto, go on over Grosseto SS1 Aurelia direction to Roma
  • Exit for Talamone
  • Just one kilometer before the village, the Talamone Camping Village is on your right
  • Or from Autosole exit for Parma direction to Livorno
  • Go on A12 and then SS1 Aurelia direction to Roma

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
