Instructors

Reetta Päällysaho

Reetta is the owner of Lumi Yoga & Surf. She do it with her whole heart. She loves all of her customers asher own family She has practiced yoga now 19 years and teached 15 years. It is her passion. She has practiced through all her injuries and pregnancies. So she knows how to modify practice to everyone. She used to do competitive sports before yoga and because of that she has gone through 16 surgeries. She worked full time as an osteopath. So she has met lots of lovely people and helped them with their problems.

Jykä Päällysaho

Jykä is the co-owner of Lumi Yoga & Surf. He is a passioned surfer and yogi. He does his best to give you the best experience in Lumi House. He will take you surfing and have fun with everyone. He really respect and love the ocean and the surf. He used to work full time as a Fire Fighter and a Rescue Diver.

You will be served vegetarian and vegan breakfast, dinner, and snacks with coffee and tea every day included in the price.
