Shared dorm

Each huge apartment is designed with 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen and a rooftop for guests interested in meeting other people. Here at the house, you'll find most of the visitors to be Europeans so English is a common language and like a mother tongue.

Private double room

The house offers comfortable private rooms in a calm environment and a stunning location directly at Hashpoint spot and access rooftop beach view. It has double and single rooms, a shared bathroom with shower / WC, and a kitchen while sipping a homemade cup of mint tea.

Apartment

For those who are looking for more privacy, there are two apartments with a kitchen, bedroom, private bathroom (shower / WC), and balcony are available on request. The highlight of the house is the huge rooftop sun terrace where you can chill after an awesome surf day and enjoy.

Program

Surf Times has been in Taghazout, Morocco for well over a decade now. Most of the surf instructors have years of experience in these particular waves, you will learn surfing with the right techniques, can speak many languages, and are from all over the world! The Surf Times surf house also provides accommodation as part of their surfing packages. The school owners also have a lovely hostel that offers a rooftop sea view.

After waking up and enjoying your breakfast, you will meet with the surf instructors who will give you more details about the surfing day and its program, through their years of experience, they know which spots are suitable for which skill level.

The apartment by Surf Times is located just a few steps from the water and aspiring surfer village, Taghazout, near Tamraght with a lot of cozy cafés and surf shops. Surrounded by the best surf spots and suitable for all levels, the Moroccan coast is full of many easily accessible spots such as Killer Point, Banana Point, Mysteries, or Anchor Point. Surf Times's surf team can find a surf spot for you that meets your expectations.

Surf spots

If you’re wondering what are the best spots to surf in Morocco, you’ll find all the information you need concerning the best Morocco surf spots, where are the best surf schools in the country, and how much renting surf equipment will cost. The Atlantic coastline of Morocco is fantastic for surfing and most beaches are easily accessed either by public transport or with your own vehicle.

Devil's Rock

It offers many possible surfing experiences for beginners, experienced, advanced surfers, young or old. Discover surfing in the South of Morocco safely with qualified surf instructors.

La Source

One place that Surf Times recommends for intermediate surfers is La Source. This is an A-framing peak, which is playful and probably one of the very few waves in Taghazout that provide goofy footers an opportunity to ride on their front side.

Hash Point and Panoramas

This spot is one the most popular spots around Taghazout because this place is close to the village and where you are staying, just 5 minutes away. Leave your apartment, enjoy the beauty of the ocean, and take the waves.

Banana Beach

To improve your skills with the supervision and guidance of a qualified surf instructor or visit exceptional sites. Around 14 kilometers to the north of Agadir and a couple to the south of Taghazout is the small village of Tamraght.

Killer Point

Killer Point is a point break located on the northern part of Taghazout that they totally recommend for experienced surfers. This spot is perfect for right-handers and it will give you some memorable long rides in the right conditions.

Anchor Point

Anchor Point is the holy grail of surfing in Morocco. If you get the point on a big day with a nice little offshore you are going to be getting some big take-offs and nice walls.

Tamri

Tamri is a beach break suitable for all levels. When it's flat everywhere else and is a pretty good sandy beach break works from low to high tides.

Imsouane

There is not just one surf spot in Imsouane town but two amazing surfing beaches: Cathedral and The Bay, offering one of the most incredible exposures of the northwest African coast.

Food

The breakfast is available every day from 7:30 to 10 a.m. You can enjoy breakfast inside and it includes cakes, fresh fruits, juices, yogurt, eggs, bread, etc. Lunch every day is from 12 to 2:30 p.m. For those who are surfing on the beach, they will be provided with lunch packages (with sandwiches and salads, light candy, and fruit).

For dinner, there are vegetarian, regular (typically includes meat and fish), and gluten-free options available. If you have any special requirements in regards to your diet, or any allergies, just let the team know when you arrive.

Yoga

Surfing and yoga both contribute to your flexibility as well as strength. Likewise, both activities open your eyes to the beauty around you, as both put you in excellent harmony with your surroundings. Surf yoga meets the physical needs of surfers at all levels and will support your learning experience to the maximum.

Trip to Paradise Valley

Definitely don’t miss the chance to go to Paradise Valley, this oasis on the edge of the Atlas Mountain Range is a water wonder world. There are lakes, streams waterfalls surrounded by amazing rock formations, and palm trees. The team can show you the best spots to jump in from, places to slide down, or caves to swim through.

Hammam and massage

A few minutes from the center of Taghazout, it has a villa with three massage rooms and two traditional Moroccan baths. The entire team has been professionally trained to ensure guests a unique moment of relaxation. More at home and signature traditional Moroccan massage for two hours.

Trip to Marrakech

Depart from Agadir early in the morning taking the highway from Agadir to Marrakech. Once you arrive in Marrakech, you will start by visiting the historical monuments of Marrakech including the famous Bahia Palace, a walk through the gardens of the Koutoubia Mosque, and finally the famous Jamaa El Fana Square, and back to your hotel in Taghazout.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flights to arrive at Agadir–Al Massira Airport (AGA), grand taxis are on call in front of the airport and they are supposed to cost you 300 MAD/30 EUR. They are either new Dacia or Renault and they carry up to seven passengers at a time. Prices are per ride, not per person. For more information, please send an inquiry.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
