During this camp, you will stay at the guest house of Mikado Surf Camp. The guest house of Mikado Surf Camp has six rooms with an individual aircon. The guest house offers a nice garden area to leave board bags and spend some time outside. Beds are king-size or twin beds. You also have access to a kitchen with a fridge for breakfasts and special stuff. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Program
During this camp, you will join surf trips every day with two trips on a speedboat per day. While staying in the only surf camp located in Thaa Atoll, three major spots are located just five minutes by speedboat from the hotel. Waves are for both left and right-handers. Finnimas rights are wedging peaks with hollow sections and weak walls. Finnimas lefts are very consistent lefts. Peaky sections then fast wall zipping through the inside reef and Finnimas lefts can be ridden at any size.
Outside Mikado is a rare shallow right. This is technical treacherous sections with fast walls on the shallow reef and rarely surfed. Inside Mikado is the pearl of Thaa Atoll. It is short right, but perfectly shaped, and ends in deep water. It has hollow sections, some tubes, and it is easy, but shallow. Inside Mikado is best with south, southwest, and west winds and ridable for all tides, but it is better if tides are middle to high range.
