Me and my mate recently went to this surf camp for two weeks. We met lots of nice people from around the world and enjoyed the daily excursions.
The accommodation was as expected, the room was spacious and clean. The WiFi was also very good. The only issue I had was the bathroom, but this was still okay.
The food they made was excellent aswell, and we were able to request certain meals if we wanted.
The location was okay, the island is small and there isn’t a lot to do. However, a lot of the time we would be on an excursion anyway.
There is table tennis amongst other games at the other accommodation (stay mikado), which we could play at. This was not included the first few times we played (as it implies on the website). But once we got to know everyone, we would play as a group most nights and table tennis was free.
The value for money for this trip was generally good. The excursions included are very fun and there is plenty to do. I would give this 4 stars (if there was the option), as some days 2 surfing trips weren’t offered, and the way these excursions have been written online make it seem as if there is an surfing instructor for each session which there isn’t. And, at the end when were getting charged for board hire and other activities not included, they tried to overcharge us (so keep track of the activities you did !!)
On the whole, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this.
