Surf Expedition Nicaragua surf lessons were built from the best practices of highly-regarded surf schools in France and of the International Surfing Association.

Their experimented surf coaches are there to give you confidence in the water.

Personalized surf classes in a small group with a maximum of 3 students in the water per coach for a safe experience. Depending on surf conditions this ratio can go 2:1 or 1:1.

Surf equipment

You have your own surfboard and want to take it with you? No problem, but let Surf Expedition Nicaragua know so that they can plan the space accordingly. They will supply surfboards, but you must bring your own rash guards/ 1-2mm wet suit tops (if traveling to Nicaragua January to March).

Boat Party

During the trip, you will take a short break from surfing to go to one of the most beautiful areas of Nicaragua, a laguna of turquoise water created inside a volcano crater.

From there you will embark on a boat party where you will be able to dive from the boat into this beautiful natural paradise.

Enjoy the sun rays with music, jacuzzi, and barman on board and let the rum flow to the sound of your all-time favorite music hits.

Visit the Colonial City of Granada

Taken in hostage by pirates many times during the past centuries, Granada is an architectural beauty from the Spanish colonial era. You will stop for lunch and for a visit to the main features and cathedral of this famous city.

Visit An Active Volcano

Nicaragua is one of the only places on earth where it is possible to get to an active volcano’s crater. If you’re lucky you might even see molten lava!

During the surfari, you will be moving to two destinations in Nicaragua: León and Granada.

Breakfast and lunch included. First welcome dinner included. Other dinners are for you to explore the area, depending on your preferences. Vegetarian meals are available everywhere.

If you’re arriving with the group flight, Surf Expedition Nicaragua will greet you with welcome drinks (a full cooler). For the rest of the trip, you must cover your own alcohol consumptions. Every location you’re staying at has their own bar and if you’re arriving at night with the group flight, you will stop at a store to fuel up for the road. Please note that some of the hotels will forbid to bring your alcohol from outside, but their bar is very cheap (average 2 USD/beer, 4 USD/drinks).

• Photo/video package; you can take home all the pictures and video of you surfing during 4 surf sessions (it is 100 USD pre-trip or 150 USD on location, please bring an 8 gigabyte USB key)

• 7 days/6 nights to visit 2 destinations (5 days at surf beach and 2 days of discovery)
