You will start the mornings with an energizing vinyasa flow yoga class practice to wake you up and prepare your body for surfing. The workout day will end with a restorative evening yoga class in Hatha or Yin yoga style for a deep stretch and calming your body and mind.
Surf

The surf instructors offer surf lessons for all levels. Do not worry if you are a surf beginner. You will learn all the basics that are necessary to learn the amazing sport of surfing. From the correct position on your surfboard, the pop up, how to paddle and to catch your first whitewater or even green waves.
