Supertubos Beach Hostel was born from a dream followed by a gathering of ideas, casualties, and need to practice. They are right in front of the sea, on the beach of Consolação and Supertubos. A great spot with good waves, the most famous beach in Peniche and one of the best places to surf in Portugal. But it's not the only one, Peniche is a peninsula surrounded by excellent beaches and great surf spots (for beginners, intermediates, and good surfers).

Supertubos Beach Hostel was created and decorated inspired by the local nature, in tranquility, adventure, and life that inspires. The images used in the bedrooms and living rooms are locals' photos of Supertubos beach, the fabulous garden of the hostel.
It consists of 3 houses with 13 rooms (3 of them with sea view):
- 4 twin rooms
- 3 double rooms, all with shared bathroom
- 1 triple family room (1 double bed and 1 single bed)
- 1 triple room (3 single beds )
- 1 family room (4 single beds) with private bathroom; and
- 1 family room (5 single beds) with private bathroom
It also has 3 living rooms, 6 toilet, 3 kitchens, 3 outdoor grills with some outdoor dining area, and even a lounge to play games, chat, listen to music, or watch a good movie (TV cable). The whole house has free Wi-Fi.
Just in front of the hostel, you have the big beach that take you to Supertubos, great spot with good waves.
Program
Surf
The surf classes are given in small groups, next to beginner courses, they also offer surf training for advanced surfers. The surf classes consist of theoretical explanations on the beach and lots of practice in the water.
All teachers are licensed surf instructors and experienced surfers. Being local surfers, they know exactly where to go to catch the best waves of the day. And that's where you go. Peniche is surrounded by the best beaches for surfing, an area of 5 kilometers where you have a good variety of good spots that work with different swell directions.

Samuel
Samuel is the head coach and manager of Mocean Surf Peniche. His passion for the sea and for this sport emerged during his young age, where it has never stopped since. He started out as a surf coach in Peniche, acquiring knowledge and experience in the surf schools he went to, thus contributing to the creation of the Mocean Surf Peniche Surf & Surfskate School. His biggest motivation is to be able to extract the best potential of each student as a surfer through the knowledge and passion he has for the sea, for surfing and for this amazing lifestyle.
Inês
Inês is a mother, yoga teacher, Shiatsu massage therapist, and occasional singer.

Supertubos Beach Hostel is located between Consolação and Peniche.
Consolação
The Consolação beach is endowed with excellent therapeutic conditions - opens in a cove, iodine accumulated combined with other natural conditions, and exposure to the sun, provides the well being of many people who seek it, with satisfaction, the cure of their ailments rheumatic and bone.
This fact is unique in Europe and leads many thousands of people to Consolação annually. The north side, the landscape is completely different. From the Fortress, you can see a very broad and extensive beach that extends for several kilometers towards Peniche.
Surrounded by the strong ocean waving, this beach is much appreciated by surfers well known as Supertubos.
Peniche
The town of Peniche is located on a peninsula about ten kilometers. The western end of the peninsula is the Cabo Carvoeiro. The coast, which has striking features and gorgeous, is formed by towering cliffs, vast and beautiful beaches. The western peninsula of Peniche, in the middle of the Atlantic, stands the archipelago Berlengas, excellent for diving.
Peniche has on fishing, agriculture and tourism its main economic activities. In recent years, surf tourism has been growing quite significantly, by particular conditions that Peniche offers, surrounded by peaks that work well with different directions waving to surf.
