All of SUP Tours Philippines tours are inclusive of paddling lessons from SUP Tours Philippines ASI accredited SUP Instructor and led by tour guides from the local community. SUP is an easy sport to learn, improves your balance and coordination, and contrary to how others view it, it is a very relaxing activity to do. SUP at the Twin Lakes above the mountain, cross a 7-kilometer white sandbar, swim with the turtles and whale sharks and fall in love with Dumaguete. For the first Dumaguete SUP tour, SUP Tours Philippines will drive up to the mountains until you reach the entrance of the Twin Lakes of Balinsasayao. The guide will take you paddling around the lake. Lunch is served next to the lake. A little hike up the mountain will give you a stunning view of the Twin Lakes of Balinsasayao. In the second SUP tour, SUP Tours Philippines will bring you to Manjuyod sandbar. The sandbar appears during low tide which makes it a great place to paddle around. Lunch will be served in one of the native cottages on stilts in the sandbar.

Dumaguete is called, the city of gentle people. You will fall in-love with the warm and friendly vibe of this city, moreover, by its many charming hidden paradises. The secrets of Dumaguete are the fantastic 7 kilometer-long sandbar in the middle of the ocean; the mystical Twin Lakes of Balinsasayao amidst a virgin forest: and amazing dive spots on Apo Island. Dumaguete is part of Negros Oriental, located across the southern tip of Cebu.
The package includes daily breakfast. Lunch will be served during the tours, except the first day on the Twin Lakes tour.
Aside from stand up paddling, you can go and swim with the whale sharks and have lunch on the amazing sandbar of Sumilon Island or go diving and snorkeling in Apo Island.
