Food

To load your batteries for the surfing day ahead, you will be offered a variety of healthy food for breakfast. Fresh fruits, eggs, bread, yoghurt, oats, and cereals can be found on the bountiful table accompanied by juices, tea, and coffee.

With salty hair and sandy feet, it's time for lunch on the beach after the morning surf session. Sandwiches, salads, fruits, and snacks build the selection that so far filled every hungry stomach after the one or other wipe-out from the board.

The culinary highlight is awaiting you in the evening. Moroccan dishes are influenced by Berber, African, Arab, and French cultures and therewith give the food a real sense of variety and richness. Nearly everything used in the Moroccan cuisine is locally grown.

To share this unique taste with you, they often prepare a Tajine for dinner. A Tajine is the clay cooking pot with a conical lid and at the same time, it is the name of the dish, too. It is uniquely Moroccan and the guests are always welcome to the kitchen to watch the chef preparing this dish.
