Om Oasis is a private retreat center located in the quiet foothills of the smaller area of Santa Cruz County, Aptos. Just a 10-15 min drive to the oceans edge, the center features acres of beautiful landscaped grounds, redwood tree cathedrals, and private cabins to stay in. As retreat guests we will enjoy the salt water pool and hot tubs, as well as the infrared sauna and private outdoor bathing area.
Program
A general full day at the sun and Salt Beach house looks a bit like this

Yoga and surf times vary depending on the tides that day, sometimes you will be surfing in the morning sometimes in the evening but a full day includes both.
Location
Santa Cruz is a laid back surf town located in Central California. As you adventure out from the retreat center to surf, there are numerous varied beaches to chose from. While in town there are also many shops, restaurants, and other fun activities to explore as well.
Food
Sun and Salt retreats bring you a truly special culinary experience to enjoy during your stay. Our private chef, Jessica Wadatz, blends her deep passion for local, fresh, farmers market inspired ingredients while adding in some international flare. Every aspect of our meals is prepared with love and intention and will leave you deeply nourished and inspired.
