Mana Lodge is located in the famous surf village of Wijk aan Zee, in the dunes, next to a church and close to the beach and the sea. The kitchen is probably the heart of Mana Lodge, here you start with a breakfast, make plans for the day, drink tea and coffee, listen to music and have long warm conversations next to the fire place!
You will practice SUP depending on the circumstances, weather and tides. When the waves are good you will go to the ocean in Wijk aan Zee for SUP surfing, and if the waves are not good you will practice SUP technique on canals and lakes for SUP touring. When there is a lot of wind, it will be possible to go SUP down winding on the ocean or lakes.
When the tide is good in the early morning, you will go for an early bird SUP and have breakfast afterwards. Every SUP lesson will start with a short warming-up including some powerful yoga exercises.
The retreat will start 9 am on Friday and ends 3 pm on Sunday
Every SUP session last approximately 1.5 hours.
IMPORTANT: this retreat is for experienced SUP´ers only!
