Solscape invites you to join them at their renowned westcoast eco surf retreat, where you will learn to surf in a three-day surf package with a professional instructor guiding you along your journey. Spend your time out of the surf soaking up and exploring the beauty of Raglan at the foot of Mount Karioi and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Tasman Sea. Yoga classes and massage treatments are also available onsite.

You will be staying in a triple caboose for 7 nights. Beds are made up with quality linen, duvet and pillows. Caboose guests share the communal facilities including bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, lounge with wood fire and spacious grounds.

Program

Solscape will be providing you with six days of progressive surf lessons, 3 hours each day. A professional surf instructor will guide you all the way. The lessons will be conducted in a group setting with a minimum of 3 persons to a maximum of 6 persons. But if you prefer to take the lessons privately, Solscape will be happy to accommodate you but for an extra charge. Do not hesitate to let them know.

This surf camp will take place in Raglan, New Zealand. Raglan is an environmentally conscious and artful community full of fantastic people set in an exquisite adventure playground.

Food

From late November until late May Solscape's ever-popular seasonal plant-based cafe 'The Conscious Kitchen', located onsite, offers delicious and nutritious breakfasts, lunches, snacks and drinks. During the cafe's open season food options will be available to you, at additional cost to your surf package fee. No pre-booking of meals required.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by plane

Please book your flight to arrive at Auckland International Airport (AKL) or Hamilton Airport (HLZ). You can then book with Raglan Shuttle. You can ask Solscape for assistance in booking a ride with the Raglan Shuttle, they would be happy to assist.

From the city

From Raglan town to Solscape there are unfortunately no buses or taxis. However, Solscape provides a pickup service. Just let them know at least 24 hours in advance if you need a pick up from town and they can arrange a time and place where to meet.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
