So Fresh Living Panama Yoga Retreat Itinerary

Date night

Parents will have the chance to enjoy a romantic date night, including one-on-one time, a lovely dinner, and the opportunity to take a walk down the beach or a dip in the pool, while the children enjoy some music, games, and movies in the yoga shala.

Private childcare options are available for your infant but So Fresh Living are also always happy to accommodate your littlest family member by including them in the adult experiences. After all, this is a family experience and what suits your family, suits them.

Early childhood

Even the littlest guests deserve a unique, invigorating retreat experience too. So Fresh Living have an early childhood educator and assistant who will be facilitating games and outdoor experiences for your littlest family members. When the parents are participating in their own activities and romantic dinners, the little ones will be occupied, making new friends and memories.

Kids program

Michael Spicer is the master of experiential learning. Children aged five - twelve years will have an amazing, explorative experience learning how science, technology, mathematics, and engineering can help them build and develop amazing things. The kid's program is specially designed to allow for the ultimate outdoor education experience where kids will use their imaginations and deepest passions to create things they have only dreamed of.

So Fresh Living encourage teenagers to participate in whatever suits them best. They acknowledge that some of the kids programs might not fit their interests just as the adult yoga class might not be their thing. In fact, some of the teens might prefer to lounge by the pool, check out their craft and jewellery-making supplies or ride bikes, rather than take part in any of the planned activities and if that is okay with you, it is okay with them.

Movie night

A good movie and some popcorn can be a magical thing, especially when it is set in the rain forest in their very own yoga shala. Movie night is a chance to snuggle up with the family to enjoy a movie under the stars in their DIY (do-it-yourself) movie theatre.

The shade is often a welcome escape from the heat and sun. Even a short rain shower might be the signal you need to tuck away for a relaxing activity. Craft materials and beading supplies await both kids and adults whenever you happen to feel the need for a tranquil experience.
