This tiny but bustling town has enough to keep you busy from sunrise to sunset. Try parasailing, whitewater rafting, and zip-lining through the forest canopy.
Book a session with the Selina Surf Club to find your balance for the first time or enjoy a guided surf with one of the professional instructors. Day trips include an off-the-beaten-path expedition to nearby waterfalls, skydiving, whitewater rafting, and more! That doesn’t even begin to cover all the things to do in Manuel Antonio at night: jungle tours after dark, night-vision paddleboard, eat-and-meet dinners with the Selina community, art & wine night, and more!

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO). From San Jose, you can fly to the Quepos airport, located about 20 minutes away from Manuel Antonio. Sansa Airlines & Nature Air run several flights a day. From the airport, you can take an airport shuttle starting at 20 USD or a private taxi to Selina.
Arrival by bus
Catch a national bus to the Quepos bus terminal. Once there, hop on a public bus to Manuel Antonio for 350 Colones (under $1). They run from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every 20 minutes. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop by the Avion restaurant, (‘la parada en frente del restaurante Avion’). You can also take a taxi for around 6-8 USD.
Arrival by shuttle
Take one of the Selina shuttles from Selina Jaco, La Fortuna, San Jose, Santa Teresa, or Tamarindo. Book a shuttle under the Explore tab.
A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.
