The surf house is fully equipped and has a big kitchen, a pantry with special boxes for your food, 3 refrigerators, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 rooms, a patio, free internet, and laundry, you will find sheets, blankets, towels in your room, a hair dryer, and everything you need to feel at home.
Please keep in mind that 3 cats and a dog live with School3s. They love pets and the energy they bring to the home.

You will also have unlimited days of yoga classes with experienced and passionate teachers, who will guide you through different styles and levels of yoga, as well as meditation and relaxation practices. You will also have plenty of free time to explore the island, enjoy the sun, the sea, and the sand, and meet new friends from all over the world.

School3s retreats are designed to practice activities in the morning and have free time, you will find fixed times only for one activity per day, and the rest of the day you will be free to do what you like most, we will be available for suggestions on what to see and where to go. You can relax, go to the beaches near the house to join the ocean, go for walks, and not have the day planned by anyone, this is School3s idea to offer a stress-free yoga retreat. Remember that animals live with School3s, a dog, and three cats, you will have free pet therapy during your stay.

Come and try the comforts of the surf house located in Puerto Del Carmen, an excellent area for sightseeing, trying typical dishes of the región, and enjoying the beaches. Surf
Do you love the sea, surfing and nature? Then join School3s for a day of fun and learning at Famara Beach, one of the best spots for surfing in Europe. Famara Beach is a stunning place, with 6 kilometers of sandy shore, no rocks, and waves for every level and preference. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate surfer, you will enjoy the surf lessons, which combine theory and practice. You will learn from the professional and friendly instructors, who will teach you the basics or help you improve your skills and style. The activity lasts about 4 hours, including transportation, with 2.5 hours of surfing. You will leave at 9.15 am and be back at the surf house around 1.30 pm, feeling refreshed and happy.

Yoga
Discover the benefits of yoga in a stunning setting by the sea. Join us for yoga classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9:00 am in the area of Los Pocillos, a beautiful place protected from the wind and with a breathtaking view of the beach. Feel the soothing sound of the waves as you breathe, stretch, and strengthen your body and mind. The classes are 75 minutes long and suitable for all levels. You will learn different asanas that will improve your physical and mental health in various ways. If you prefer a warmer and more intimate atmosphere, you can also join us for yoga sessions from Monday to Thursday at 6 pm in a heated room overlooking the ocean at the Apart Hotel Costa Volcán. You can choose any class that fits your schedule and mood. Don’t miss this opportunity to practice yoga in a unique and relaxing environment. Barbara is an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) Hatha yoga / yoga SUP / mindfulness / all levels, 10 years of experience at service. Her passion for yoga came with the meeting with her 1st teacher, Nestor, a doctor, masseur and meditation teacher, who came to live in Italy. She went to one of his classes and he explained the philosophy of yoga, how to adapt it to everyday life and then it was practiced but the duration of the theory was longer than the practice, as yoga was handed down 20 years ago.
Diego Gabrielli
Diego Gabrielli is a surfer since he was a child. He is now a surf instructor, I.S.A. certified. He is passionate about sports, football, snow, skate, and paddle. He is patient and an excellent instructor.

School3s are a family of surf-yoga enthusiasts who have turned the house where they live into a cozy and comfortable surfhouse, where they host travelers from all over the world. The surfhouse is large and spacious, with comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms. They also have a large outdoor space, with a patio, a barbecue, and a relaxation, and chill area. Here you can enjoy the sun, and the quiet, while you relax in a deck chair. They also have pets, including a dog and cats, who will keep you company and make you feel at home. The house is in Puerto del Carmen, a magnificent place that has optimal weather conditions for activities in the water, unlike other areas, where there are clouds and strong winds. Also, you can find a great variety of restaurants, bars, and recreational activities in this area, in addition to surfing, yoga, and paddleboarding.

The meals and drinks are not included in the retreat price. There will be free coffee, tea, sugar, and more things to share. Sometimes, Italian dinner is available down a little contribute.
