Program
Surf
Join School3s for a thrilling surf adventure at Famara Beach, where you will learn how to catch the perfect wave with the certified instructors. Famara Beach is a surfer's paradise, with 6 kilometers of sandy shore, no rocks, and waves for all levels and preferences. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate surfer, you will enjoy a balanced mix of theory and practice in the surf lessons. The activity lasts about 4 hours, including transportation, 2.5 hrs lesson where you will be followed by the instructors who will guide you all the time and make you improve and understand better this wonderful sport, they will make you fall in love
You will leave home at 9.15 am and be back at the surf house by 1.30 pm, ready to relax and share your experiences.

Yoga
Treat yourself to a rejuvenating yoga session at the Los Pocillos Point, a scenic spot protected from the wind and with a stunning view of the beach. Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9:00 am, you can join our yoga classes and listen to the soothing sound of the ocean as you breathe and stretch. The classes last 75 minutes and cover breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening, and body awareness. You will practice different asanas that will improve your physical and mental health. On Monday to Thursday, you can also attend our evening classes at 6 pm in a heated room overlooking the ocean at the Apart Hotel Costa Volcán. You can choose any class that suits your schedule and mood.

Barbara is an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) Hatha yoga / yoga SUP / mindfulness / all levels, 10 years of experience at service. Her passion for yoga came with the meeting with her 1st teacher, Nestor, a doctor, masseur and meditation teacher, who came to live in Italy. She went to one of his classes and he explained the philosophy of yoga, how to adapt it to everyday life and then it was practiced but the duration of the theory was longer than the practice, as yoga was handed down 20 years ago.
Diego Gabrielli
Diego Gabrielli is a surfer since he was a child. He is now a surf instructor, I.S.A. certified. He is passionate about sports, football, snow, skate, and paddle. He is patient and an excellent instructor.
Location
You will stay in a surf house, specially designed for surf lovers. Willing to receive those in search of waves. Here, people can make friends, learn from each other and learn from local surfers the best beaches, usually not known by tourists.
The house is in Puerto del Carmen, a magnificent place that has optimal climatic conditions for activities in the water, unlike other areas, where there are clouds and strong winds. Also, you can find a great variety of restaurants, bars and recreational activities in this area, in addition to surfing, yoga and paddle boarding.
Food
Meals and drinks are not included in the price of the retreat. This is done to strictly comply with current health regulations.
Spa treatments
A few blocks from the house there is a massage parlor. These are made by an allied company with which we have worked for years. Massages have an extra cost of 40 EUR.
