The surf house has an equipped kitchen, laundry, free internet, transportation to Famara.
Program
Surf
Every day around 09:30 am the instructors and students go to Famara Beach to start a day of practice.
This beach is known for its width. There you will find 6 kilometers of sand, no rocks, and waves of all sizes for all tastes.
The surf lessons are suitable for both beginners and intermediate levels and in both cases are made up of a theoretical part and a practical part.
The total duration of the activity including transportation, is around 4 hours, around 2 pm you will be arriving back at the surf house.

Yoga
Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday there are yoga classes at 9:00 am in the Zona de Los Pocillos, an emblematic area sheltered from the wind and with an excellent view of the beach. During class, you will listen to the sound of the ocean as an ambient sound. The classes have been 75 minutes long, in which breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening and acquisition of body awareness are worked. Using different asanas, you will work on various aspects of your physical and mental health.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there are also sessions at 6 pm in a heated room overlooking the ocean at the ApartHotel Costa Volcán. You can participate in any class depending on your day.

Paddle surf
Paddle surf courses usually take place in the morning in the area of the Playa Chica Pier or in the Poril. Both places are known for the large amount of marine life that they house, in addition, their crystalline turquoise waters are one of the most interesting attractions in the Puerto del Carmen area.
This activity consists of a theoretical component about rowing techniques, balance and control of the direction and speed of the board, and in turn, a practical part where you can enjoy a walk along the coast of Puerto del Carmen.
From the board, you will be able to appreciate different landscapes, and those who wish can take a bath in crystal clear waters full of fish.

Included excursions
Depending on the weather and wind, we are on an Island, we can decide to not practice SUP. If the conditions will be not good for SUP, we offer another day of surf, however, you will not be left without an activity.
As mentioned above the yoga sessions are fixed times, Tuesday and Thursday 9.00 am and 6.00 pm + Saturday at 9.00. The times can change depending on the season but the days are the same all year.

Barbara is an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) Hatha yoga / yoga SUP / mindfulness / all levels, 10 years of experience at service. Her passion for yoga came with the meeting with her 1st teacher, Nestor, a doctor, masseur and meditation teacher, who came to live in Italy. She went to one of his classes and he explained the philosophy of yoga, how to adapt it to everyday life and then it was practiced but the duration of the theory was longer than the practice, as yoga was handed down 20 years ago.
Diego Gabrielli
Diego Gabrielli is a surfer since he was a child. He is now a surf instructor, I.S.A. certified. He is passionate about sports, football, snow, skate, and paddle. He is patient and an excellent instructor.
Location
You will stay in a surf house, specially designed for surf lovers. Willing to receive those in search of waves.
Here, people can make friends, learn from each other and learn from local surfers the best beaches, usually not known by tourists.
The house is in Puerto del Carmen, a magnificent place that has optimal climatic conditions for activities in the water, unlike other areas, where there are clouds and strong winds. Also, you can find a great variety of restaurants, bars, and recreational activities in this area, in addition to surfing, yoga, and paddleboarding.
Food
Meals and drinks are not included in the price of the retreat. This is done to strictly comply with current health regulations.
Spa treatments
A few blocks from the house there is a massage parlor. These are made by an allied company with which we have worked for years. Massages have an extra cost of 40 EUR.
