Many students ask Satori Retreats and wonder how they can start a daily practice. This is why Satori Retreats created the Live Your Yoga Retreat. Learn how to practice yoga on the mat and off the mat with Amber in Southern Costa Rica, on the volcanic ash beaches where the ocean meets the jungle while discovering waterfalls, learning to surf, eating good and healthy food, and making new friends for this life-changing adventure. Satori Retreats' goal is to teach yoga practices and techniques you can practice throughout the week in such a way that you can go home and integrate the practices on and off the mat. Join Satori Retreats for a one-on-one experience as you see what it’s like to live in Costa Rica while practicing to live your yoga on and off the mat.
You will be accommodated at Danyasa Yoga Eco Retreat.
On this retreat, you will have waterfall excursions.
Amber's passion for connecting with others through healing led her to learn a variety of bodywork approaches. She studied Western massage therapy in Fort Collins, Colorado. Shortly after moving to Dominical, Costa Rica, Amber's love for the benefits of yoga and bodywork inspired her to become certified in Asian modalities such as Thai massage and Shiatsu (Japanese massage). Today, she weaves her knowledge of the body and the principles of yoga into each session while offering a variety of bodywork techniques.
This retreat will be located in Dominical, Costa Rica.
