As you plant trees, you will get to connect to the soil and strength your connection to your root chakra and Mother Earth. In this activity, it is a great way to leave your intentions in Costa Rica to continue growing for years and years even after you return back home as well as giving back to Mother Earth for traveling. You will go forest bath next to the waterfall and smother yourself in the dirt and blue clay to detox your skin and then jump into the swimming holes to rise off! Afterwards, you will have a fruity picnic lunch near the water's edge.
