We have 3 boys aged 18,13 and 11 and decided to stay in Rural Surf because it offered surf lessons for all the family.
The chap who owns Rural Surf taught surfing, plus there are 2 other teachers. They couldn't have been nicer, fitter and more enthusiastic. The kids loved them, and after 2 days everyone could surf! They took us to different beautiful deserted beaches each day.
The accommodation was a hostel rather than hotel with dorm bedrooms, shared kitchen and showers. It was slightly outside my comfort zone but my eldest son informed me that it was good as hostels go. 2 days was as much as I could have coped with I admit, but my husband and I are 50 and like our comforts. But then again, it really was very reasonable for a large family.
I'm really glad we went to Rural Surf, and really hope that they do well in their business.
