The camp is made up of two interconnected structures. Their double rooms, as well as four dorm rooms, are all located in the main building and have communal bathrooms. The private apartments are located in the second building, along with other dormitories and double rooms. They also have a large patio that is ideal for tanning and chilling in the afternoons, as well as yoga stretches in the sun.

Rapture Surf Camp has flats for rent just next door, in addition to communal and private rooms in the main camp building. These accommodations are ideal for guests traveling in groups, couples, or families who want to combine the excitement of a surf camp with the comforts of a friendly place.

Program

Rapture Surfcamp Portugal is located in Ericeira – the premier surf destination in Europe. Just 35 km north-west from Lisbon, Ericeira is an authentic old fishermen’s village with a young beating surfing heart.

The only World Surfing Reserve in Europe is right here featuring the best surf spots on the Old Continent. A large variety of surf breaks and beaches for all skill levels can be found along 10km of coastline around Ericeira.

The surf camp is just a few steps away from the ocean. Overlooking Foz do Lizandro beach it is only a 30-min walk from Ericeira’s Old Town. Housed in a traditional Portuguese 2-story villa, our camp is designed to cater to all your pre and post-surfing needs.

In addition to shared and private rooms in the main camp building, they also offer apartments for rent right next door. For travelers arriving in groups, couples, or families, these accommodations offer the perfect opportunity to blend the adventurous surf camp atmosphere with the comfort of more space and privacy.

Let the sun, surf, and village life soothe your soul in Ericeira

Relax and enjoy the view on our cozy rooftop terrace or play foosball or table tennis against your mates. Stay active and join our yoga sessions or take a SUP for a paddle down the river. Catch up with your friends via our fast and free WiFi or go to Ericeira’s Old Town using our rental bikes or skateboards in less than 15 minutes. That is where you can indulge in fantastic local cuisine and experience Ericeira’s vivid nightlife.

On weekdays, dinner is served by chef Mikey. He is world-famous among our guests and his food creations delight both meat lovers and vegetarian enthusiasts. Come visit some of Europe’s most unspoiled beaches in the heart of the Portuguese countryside and catch the waves of a lifetime!

Get on the surf camp transfer and drive to the beach
Have from one and a half hours to two hours of surfing with the most amazing waves (please notice surf lessons are only bookable locally)
Stop for a quick lunch

Get back to the surf camp, and have a mouth-watering dinner, or a bonfire at the beach
Get to know the other guests and become part of the family

Location

Take in the landscape on their terrace close to their infinity pool, for example! Stay active by participating in their yoga classes or taking a surf instruction with Rapture Surfcamps. Keep in contact with friends with the free WiFi, or meet up with the rest of the group at the main site in Foz do Lizandro. You can experience some of Ericeira's greatest local food and enjoy the city's lively nightlife there.

Cancellation Policy

A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
