For this retreat, your accommodation will be in Nirvana Retreats. You will stay at the main house. It has four simple bedrooms with three single beds in each and there are small simple cottages on the grounds with single beds and bunk beds. Clean simplicity at one with nature.

You remember what authentic means and it revitalizes the child in you and memories of simpler days of freedom. If you want a more private accommodation, contact Power4Teens for the additional cost, although it is recommended sharing rooms to build the love! The yoga hall has a communal eating area and kitchen and yoga hall with windows overlooking the pond.

Program

Promise to you

There will be no dishes to do or meals to prep. You can do nothing on the schedule or everything. Any scheduling for the weekend here or away will be someone else's problem to deal with. Your cell phone will have a message on it saying 'time out' and your emails will be left unanswered.

Any children left behind will amazingly survive while you are away and any partner will be capable without your awesomeness for the weekend. You will surprisingly find that the world doesn't fall apart without you there, unless of course, it does, but then you will only find out on Sunday and by then you will feel like an entirely new, sexy, powerful woman and ready to face the world, so the problem would not even feel like a problem anymore.

Power4Teens' hope for you is that you will feel revitalized, refreshed with the desire to buy your own SUP, and spend summer weekends paddling on Lake Ontario. Instructors

Charlie Page
Charlie has an honours degree from Bristol University (England) and tax qualifications from the UK and US. She worked many years as an international tax advisor for Deloitte & Touche and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Realizing her interests and skills could be put to better use, she redirected her life path and became a fitness instructor, personal trainer and certified coach practitioner.
Jenifer Rudski
Jenifer's love of board sports started on the epic hills of Ontario on her snowboard and the busy streets of Toronto on her long board. On a snowboarding road-trip adventure in B.C. a faulty bungee cord caused her to loose her snowboard. Bummed about her loss but staying true to her zen-like nature her solution was to keep heading west to Tofino to give surfing a try, with rented gear and a few pointers, Jenifer jumped into the pacific and with a little patience, caught her first wave initiating her love of surfing.
Shyanne Spilchen
Shyanne went on to receive a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma from Humber College and became a young entrepreneur starting a number of successful businesses, most recently FITNESS4YOUTH. Shyanne's need to expand and reach more youth has led her to branch out and share her expertise by becoming co-owner of Power4Teens.

Location

This retreat will take place only one hour from Toronto near Albion Hills. There is a reason it is called Nirvana. You will arrive through a wooded driveway with a beautiful freshwater natural pond on your right side for paddle boarding or swimming paradise.

As you step out of your car, the stress evaporates from you and the air seems to instantly make you feel at peace. You sigh, this is paradise.

Food

On this retreat, you will be served daily delicious vegetarian meals prepared by Chef Jennifer Rudski. You will be served vegetarian meals on this retreat.
