Come learn to surf and do yoga daily while enjoying an amazing company in an untamed part of the world. Located in a rural village with ocean views and delicious vegetarian and meat-eater options, this retreat is designed to keep it casual while you explore your physical capabilities, empowering yourself with yoga and surf. The ocean waves where you learn are kind, the location often has dolphins passing by and the yoga classes are for all levels of experience. The backpacker venue also offers village experiences and dinners at no extra cost to you if you would like to do so during your retreat.
Coffee Shack in Coffee Bay has a variety of accommodation options available:

Kings house which can sleep up to 8 individuals
Depending on tide and weather, you may practice yoga first thing in the morning and then have surf lessons a bit after breakfast or you may have surf first thing in the morning and then yoga later in the day.
Depending on group size as well, there may be different time slots. The holiday is very flexible so if the group would like to do two yoga classes for the day, that's cool too.
Dinner is normally served at 7 and one of the evenings will have a vegetarian dinner in a traditional Xhosa hut. You can eat breakfast and lunch at any time.

Sarah is a 200-hour Chakra yoga certified teacher with over 300 hours experience holding yoga classes. She is an intuitive student of spirit and inner peace. She is also an artist, a designer, and a natural health enthusiast.

The area is far from modern civilization and has cows, goats, sheep, dogs, and cats roaming freely
There are ladies selling handmade bead jewelry. Additionally, there is a massage available next door. Pre-booking is essential.
All food is freshly prepared. Please let Posture Pixie Yoga know beforehand of any special dietary requirements and they will accommodate you.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Mthatha Airport (UTT). Coffee Shack runs a shuttle that meets all mainline busses in Mthatha. However, it can be challenging to get a flight to Mthatha. The next best option is to fly to East London Airport (ELS) and catch a bus to Mthatha where the shuttle can pick you up.
A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
