Come to paradise and paddle with Pineapple Tours every day for a week! Every day will include some sort of paddling to an exotic location on a river, in a bay or in the ocean. Let Pineapple Tours take care of all the small details so you can focus on your exploration, relaxation, and vacation away from the stressful life!
During the surf camp, you will be staying at Cool Vibes Hostel, Montañas de Agua, or Mavi Surf Hotel. Cool Vibes Hostel is a low budget hostel which offers a dorm type of accommodation. Montañas de Agua is a quiet and simple hotel. While Mavi Surf Hotel is the nicest hotel in town, with breakfast included.
There are so many beautiful places to paddle and explore around the Coastal Ballena, Dominical or Southern Pacific area. Each day, you will venture out to at least one location. Pineapple Tours will teach you the basics of paddle boarding and water safety. Once you feel confident enough, Pineapple Tours will show you the advanced paddle techniques.
This surf camp offers a 5-day stand-up paddling sessions to Rio Baru, mangroves forest, Rio Savegre or Rio Morete, Marino Ballena National Park at the Whale’s Tail, Tres Hermanas and Ballena (islands tour), Dominicalito and Ventanas Caves. You can also mix kayak and stand-up paddling if you want!
By the end of your stay, you should feel confident on the calm water and in the ocean. You will definitely still have free time to relax in a hammock under the palm trees, or hike up the jungle mountains.
In this holiday, you can choose one of the following activities to enjoy:
This surf camp will take place in Playa Dominical, Costa Rica. Dominical is located in the Southern Pacific part of Costa Rica and is the northernmost town in the Costa Ballena. Dominical is located about 40 minutes south of Manual Antonio or Quepos and 45 minutes west of San Isidro del General.
Playa Dominical is a small but fast growing surfing town with some of the most consistent (and powerful) waves in Costa Rica. There is so much to do besides surfing in Dominical. The landscape is lush, tropical mountains that crash down into palm tree lined beaches.
There is wildlife everywhere: in the rivers, mangroves, mountains, beaches, and in the ocean. Every year, the whales from the North and the South come and mate and have their babies in the warm tropical waters. This area of Costa Rica is still beautiful and fairly untouched.
