During this retreat, you and your family will enjoy yoga and surf sessions, as well as join a trip to Tanah Lot temple, have guided meditation sessions, learn to cook authentic Balinese meals, and experience relaxing Balinese massages.
Surf
Year round waves and perfect weather makes Bali ideal for both beginners and advanced surfers. There is no need for a wet suit; you can just put on some sunscreen, a bikini or board shorts, and you are ready to go into the water.
Every morning,a surf spot based on the level of our students and the conditions of the waves will be chosen. Each guide will only assist two guests per session in order to provide a more personalized attention. Bali has plenty of surf spots to offer and they know where to find a wave that suits you.
You can choose to bring your own board with you; however, you will get one that is suitable for you and your level for the courses.
Yoga
Pelan Pelan believes in the combination of healthy food, an active lifestyle, and the healing energy of yoga. During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to take yoga classes surrounded by Bali's beautiful nature and discover yoga as a complete health discipline for body, mind, and soul.
If you fully engage with your surrounding and focus on yourself at the same time, you will see how fast you can improve yourself, your strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
They have all kinds of yoga at Pelan Pelan. They choose and combine various styles depending on your own requests. The yoga classes are given in small groups and are suitable for all levels of experience and age.
They specially love to practice Vinyasa Flow in order to link movement and breath flow. This style is famous for its smooth way to combine poses and breathing and bring different poses together in one sequence.
Each movement is synchronized to your breath and you will feel how you are getting stronger with every breath and pose you are practicing. Ashtanga, Baptiste, Jivamukti, Power, and Prana Flow yoga could all be considered as Vinyasa yoga.
