During this retreat, you can choose to stay in a double, triple, or quadruple occupancy room at Parosland Hotel. This place is located in the south part of Paros in an area of 10 acres surrounded by olive trees, close to the fishing village of Aliki. The hotel is a secluded holiday place that is ideal for visitors who seek for calmness and relaxing holidays in Greece. The hotel’s location is also ideal for long walks in nature and also to keep away from the crowds during the peak season.
The standard double rooms are facilitated with an open-plan style bedroom with a queen-sized bed, bathroom with bathtub, and balcony with garden view. The rooms are fully equipped with an individually-controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, hair-dryer, direct telephone, mini-bar, pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and Wi-Fi internet access.

The rooms are fully equipped with an individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, hair-dryer, direct telephone, mini-bar, pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and Wi-Fi internet access.
During this surf camp, you will get 10 hours of windsurfing lessons. You will be accompanied by friendly and multilingual instructors and equipped with safety equipment such as helmet and life jacket if you wish. There are 3 levels offered within the lessons including beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
You will learn to cruise in every direction, learn how to tack, practice beginner’s jibe, correct stance on the equipment, and start planning without the harness and straps. In this level, you will be directed from a total beginner to becoming a secure sailor. There are no requirements needed to attend this class. The total beginner level students will use one equipment in a semi-private lesson for the theory part of the course before you will get into the water.
You will learn how to do a beach start, water start, jibe, and planning with straps and harness. You will be a strong wind sailor as the class ends. To attend this lesson, you need to make sure that you are able to tack and cruise in every direction.
In an advanced level, you will become a high-level sailor. You will learn how to tack and jibe in various ways such as duck jibe, lay down, jibe fast tack, etc. You can enter this level if your ability in the water start and jibe is good enough. After that, you can go into a pro-coaching which focuses on learning how to chop hop, speed loop, volcan, spock grubby, flaka, and any freestyle movement that you want. All you need to have is an ability in water start and jibe.
Note: Breaks are not included in lessons. If you request for a break, it will be counted as lesson time.
Yiannis is a windsurfing instructor. He has 12 years experience in sailing and windsurfing. His teaching and coaching in windsurfing lesson were started 3 years ago. He is also an active member of Hellenic National Team.
Antony Glynos has a 7-year windsurfing experience. He really loves to surf in strong wind condition.
This surf camp will take place on Paros, Greece. The location is known as home to the PKRA world tour, GKRA (Greek Kite Riders Association), and the national kite Olympic category training spot for all year round. It has a long shallow-watered shoreline and sandy bottom as well as perfect side shore wind conditions that are ideal for the beginner, intermediate, or advanced windsurfers.
During this surf camp, you can order meals in the hotel. Furthermore, if you want to have a light meal, you can visit the beach bar which serves snacks and beverages. The bar offers a vast selection of chilled soft drinks, energy drinks, fresh fruit juices, and every variety of coffee hot or cold. There are various kinds of sandwiches, several kinds of salads, Greek platters with a variety of dishes, and many ice creams and desserts. Many different brands of beer (mainly greek), cold draught beer, and a big selection of wines are also available at an additional cost in the beach bar.
During your stay, you can schedule and enjoy a massage service to the Paroskite’s team at an additional cost. There are two type of massages offered by the professional therapists which are a full body massage and partial body massage.
Full body massage includes relaxation massage, massage therapy, and sport massage therapy.
Relaxation massage is the lightest massage category. It consists of a soft touching from the massage therapist on the muscles. It is great for anyone who enjoys relaxing during a massage session.
Massage therapy is also known as a deep tissue, medical, rehabilitative or clinical massage. It needs a good technique and (when necessary) power from the massage therapist. He / she perceives that the muscle problems and uses the power and the technique the muscle needs to be healed. It is great for every person and athlete as it helps the muscles as much as the mind and it offers all the benefits a massage can offer.
Sport massage therapy includes all the techniques and offers all the benefits of a massage therapy. The main difference is that this sport assage therapy includes techniques to relieve pain from trigger points and if the patient needs muscle mobilization and joint mobilization. It is great for athletes and people with muscle or joint movement problems.
Partial body massage consists of back, neck, and / or shoulder massage as well as leg and / or foot massage.
This is a relaxing massage therapy concentrating on the back, neck, and shoulder muscles. The treatment is designed to relax and ease tension in the areas of the body where muscle problems most often occur.
