We were lucky enough to enjoy Once Upon A Yoga's Yoga and Surfing Retreat in Siargao in April. It was a fantastic experience, shared with an awesome bunch of humans! This retreat really had it all - great yoga classes and workshops, plenty of time to relax and reflect, balanced out with the excitement of surfing, island hopping and embracing "Island Time". There are plenty of gems to uncover while out exploring and great memories to take away with us. We are both really grateful to have had this opportunity. Thanks so much to Sarah for all of her hard work and the vision to bring such a great retreat together. Her wealth of knowledge is impressive, she has great empathy and a naturalness that puts everyone completely at ease.

Thank you for such a once in a life time experience; healing, relaxation, delicious food, adventure, connecting with other lovely people and of course- your passion as a yoga instructor! Learning to surf, stand up paddle boarding (while exploring the breathtaking lagoons), snorkelling and cycling around the island - I had no idea I was heading to such a paradise and that I'd be able to cross three things off my Bucket List ( : Starting the mornings with yoga, relaxation and reflection was incredibly invigorating. I learnt so much and felt truly grateful.
