The House
The house offers a big common area with a big HD-TV featuring e.g. Netflix and a Playstation 4, as well as a sound system, which allows you to play your favorite music.
Since the Ocean Breeze team has their own private living room – guests will also have the big living room for themselves to enjoy movie nights, a good book, board games, or a nice chat with each other. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on unexpected cold days.
The kitchen is fully equipped and free to use anytime. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in every room and in the garden. They also offer laundry services (washing, drying, and iron machine available).
The garden is very calm and spacious and invites you to either relax in a hammock or sun chairs, to cool down in the pool, to hang out under the pavilion, to do yoga, or to play badminton or volleyball. Whatever suits you best!
Why not come together for a barbecue dinner with other guests? A barbecue area and a big outside table for this purpose are available any time.

The Green Escape
A bright room facing the garden features a double bed and a big wardrobe. The bathroom is shared.
The Vintage Style
A stylish room comes with two twin beds, which can also function as a big double bed. The wardrobe is in the wall integrated. The bathroom is shared.
The Blue Lagoon
A big room that comes with three individual beds and a big private bathroom. It can either function for solo travelers, for a group of three, or as a family room. Beds can be repositioned with the option of an extra foldable bed for your needs.
Program
Typical daily schedule
- In the morning, you will be served with a good breakfast
- After that, depending on the conditions, you will have surf class (or in the afternoon)
- Then, it's lunch time. Cook yourself something nice or stroll around the town for a cozy restaurant
- Relax and enjoy your afternoon on the beach, in the forest, or in the garden
- In the early evening, you will either go for a surf or you can join a yoga class at additional costs
- At dinner time, you can make a barbecue in the garden, cook, or go to a restaurant
- Happily exhausted, you will appreciate a good night's sleep in the cozy beds

Miguel Moreira
Miguel is a passionate surfer for already 25 years and was also traveling to other destinations like Morroco, Bali, and Gran Canaria for surfing. Six years ago he started being a professional surf instructor certified by the Portuguese Federation of Surf. Born, raised, and living at the North Portuguese Atlantic Sea - he knows all about the best local surf spots and how to interpret the surf conditions perfectly.

Arrival by train
Renting a car is not always necessary, depending on your plan, as Esmoriz has a train station running to Porto São Bento or Campanhá and Aveiro half-hourly / hourly and you can take your bicycle – if you are planning on a big tour. The train station is just one kilometer from the house.
