As founder of yogafürdich in Berlin in 2008 Victor looks back on decades of own yoga and meditation practice. Next to completed trainings and workshops in yoga and gym, he is practicing constantly and regularly yoga and meditation as his life and health elixir. This knowledge he is sharing with his students and fellows. For him it is important to always to face the people who come to him in the classroom, with an open heart, without wanting to moralize them, especially in terms of their lifestyle.
Since 2012, Sabine is teaching a mindfulness-based, calm and precise yoga style in Yogastudios and private lessons in Berlin. After two decades of her own yoga praxis, she decides for her first training at Spirit Yoga in Berlin, another training in the traditional style after Sivananda, training in Yin and restorative yoga as well as yoga therapy. Basis of her teaching is the flowing style of Vinyasa Yoga with the emphasis on Pranayama and meditation. Yoga does not have a certain way or style for her, but is an individual practice path.
For over 10 years you can find nomad heart Katrin regularly on the mat. In the yoga practice, she found peace and strength from the very beginning – serenity and gratitude followed. The desire being able to pass that to others has initiated her doing a yoga teacher training in 2013 in India at the Ashiyana Yoga Centre and aroused her interest in yoga and holistic life approaches. Additionally it is Katrin’s heartfelt concern to integrate yoga into a normal life, to practice with fun and joy and to submit no overlying strict dogmas.
“In my practice and my teaching, I emphasize on biomechanical orientation, which brings change through introspective that allows us to master our daily life dynamically but yet calmly. Physical and mental well-being. This is yoga. On the mat and off the mat! Trained in yoga therapy, I also teach students with limitations and find individual paths in the yoga practice and for everyday life.” Henriette teaches Anusara orientated yoga at all levels, with the goal of building a bridge between mat and everyday life together with her students.
Katrin is particularly fascinated by the healing power of yoga, which is created by the combination of breath, mind and movement and, besides physical relaxation, leads to inner peace and serenity. In her clearly structured and partly demanding classes, Katrin attaches great importance to giving each student sufficient space for his or her individual needs and to discover the many facets of yoga for themselves. Katrin teaches a powerful Vinyasa Yoga at various studios in Berlin.
Birgit has 20 years of own yoga and meditation as well as 10 years of teaching experience. She is a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher (500h), Yin Yoga teacher, prenatal and kids yoga teacher, health coach and author. Birgit has a passion for supporting others: she loves working especially with women to engage them finding themselves again through yoga and a slowliving lifestyle. She loves bringing people back to a natural, slow life.
I went to a 5-day Yoga retreat in Marrakech in December and enjoyed every second. The organization through Nosade was perfect and so a feeling of security developed during the entire journey up to the (wistful) departure. Already during the booking process organized by Anica, the individual wishes and needs are queried and you get suggestions for activities, which you can also book at the same time. Also during the stay Anica and Yidir are always accessible and can give another good (insider) tips for great places in Marrakesh. I was accommodated in the Chambre d'Amis. A very great, cute riad with a super friendly and helpful team. The roof terrace is simply a dream and at the latest at the breakfast on the same at the pleasant 20 degrees in December the sun is in the heart. The yoga praxis takes place twice a day. The morning session we did mostly on the roof terrace, the exercise in the evening in the fireplace in front of the open fire. The yoga praxis was simply super! Katrin asked for special wishes / goals before each hour, and then adapted the hour individually. She has a very pleasant way and you can follow her through the exercises. It also teaches to take borders and "take the drama out". After each end relaxation you felt equal 2 cm larger.
Absolutely recommendable is the trip to the "Paradis du Safran", which I had booked immediately. Here, in front of the gates of Marrakesh is actually a small paradise emerged, which is definitely worth a visit. Just the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains in the background is breathtaking. It is also worthwhile to take part in the offered cookery course. I did this in the riad where I stayed, with the cooks of the riad. One could then gain an insight, we the two kitchen fairies the sensationally delicious dinner, which we usually took in the riad. A special highlight was the previous purchase of the ingredients in the souk. This I did with Maria, the director of the Riad, who showed me during this shopping trip so many great people and corners of the Souk.
5 days of yoga and culture in the middle of Marrakesh. In addition to 2 times daily yoga, one day visit of the main sights was planned. The city is really beautiful and Gaia taught her yoga with a lot of passion and calm. The breakfast and the dinner we ate together. The rest of the day could be customized, eg with a visit to Hamam. After these five days of Marrakesh, I was reluctant to leave and would like to go to the desert. Nosade, above all Ydir, who took care of us, did so very committed and reliable. He could be contacted at any time and also ask for tips. I'll be back!
Skillfully moving! Leaving comfort zones, being open towards changing to keep things the same. That’s what I have been taught on NOSADE’s yoga retreat. I left grounded and focused from an unique travel experience.

A friend and I just got back from a 5 day yoga retreat in Marrakech with Nosade. From start to finish, it was everything I had hoped for and more. The trip was very well organised and tailored to suit our preferences.The yoga sessions with our talented instructor Gaia were both energising and relaxing. We had time in between sessions for a guided tour of the old city, to explore and shop in the souks and even to experience a traditional hammam. The food was invariably delicious & fresh with some excellent lunch recommendations from Anica. We had really good company and left feeling like we'd made friends for life. Thank you very much to Anica and Yidir for a great experience. Can't wait to get back and try the Desert tour.
Nosade Tours promises to help find a path to yourself in Moroccos most beautiful & inspiring sights. Nosade delivers. I spent two of the best weeks of my life on a Nosade desert retreat. My fellow travelers were experienced yogis who could stand on their heads and put their feet in their mouths. I was a beginner. Nevertheless, the classes and accommodated us all. My Yoga improved exponentially and I loved also the camel rides there and back to the Berber Camp and the treks in the desert. All the travel arrangements were exceptionally well managed and the food excellent.

This was really the experience of a lifetime. Nosade really provides a personalized one on one cultural experience that you don't get with a lot of tours. Hard for me to pick a stand out moment. Between Yoga in the desert, climbing sand dunes, hand drumming by the fire, riding camels, or seeing shooting stars in the night sky above the sand it's really impossible to pick. In addition to the guides teaching us a lot about Moroccan culture the yoga sessions really taught me a lot about my body, and gave me tools to improve my practice even further here at home.

A friend and I recently traveled to Morocco, and decided to venture to Merzouga to experience the NOSADE desert tour. Incredibly glad we did! The journey there was scenic and adventurous. The guides and staff at NOSADE greeted us as part of their family and took very good care of us. Riding camels into the desert was a surreal, unforgettable way to get to the campsite. By far, climbing the incredibly high sand dunes was my favorite part... breathtaking. Especially at sunset! We felt that we got a true Moroccan experience, and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Amanda is an amazing yoga teacher and you compliment her perfectly the experience has left me wanting more and I'm already looking for my next yoga retreat. We toured with NOSADE 3 days through Erg Chebbi, starting in Merzouga. Everything went super smooth, was well organized, safe and we had a caring team of guides. We truly enjoyed the trip through this remarkable country! Special thanks to our tour guide Yidir, who made our trip very special with all his stories about the Berber culture and his great talent for playing the drums for us at the camp fires at night.
