The Journey – Your 8 Day Kitesurf Safari
This isn’t your average kite trip — it’s a coastal expedition through Brazil’s wild northeast, chasing wind, waves, and the magic of remote kitesurf spots known only to locals.
You’ll move together from one breathtaking destination to the next, following the wind and the tides, soaking in the landscapes, and discovering the true essence of kitesurfing in Brazil.
Here’s how the adventure unfolds:
Day 1-3: Cumbuco - Paracuru (with a Taíba Lagoon escape)
We’ll meet in the vibrant town of Cumbuco, the gateway to Brazil’s kite coast, before heading to our first base in Paracuru — known for consistent wind and perfect waves. One of the days, you’ll detour to the stunning Taíba Lagoon, a glassy paradise for flat-water fun and freestyle sessions
Day 3-5: Icarai de Amontada
Travel along the beach by 4x4, stopping at secret spots for impromptu kite sessions as we make our way to peaceful Icarai, a hidden gem with laid-back vibes and top-tier wind.
You’ll ride a downwinder to the remote Patos Lagoon, explore untouched terrain, and catch a golden sunset with a buggy (open-top 4x4s) ride across the dunes — pure freedom
Day 5-7: Jericoacoara (Jeri)
Next stop: the legendary Jericoacoara, where the wind meets wild beauty. From here, we’ll head to Guriú and Barrinha, two dreamy, uncrowded spots where we’ll do sunset downwinders through surreal coastal scenery. Jeri is a kiter’s paradise with a bohemian soul — a place to ride, unwind, and soak it all in
Day 7-8: Ilha do Guajiru
End the journey in the flatwater mecca of Ilha do Guajiru, a natural lagoon famous for its mirror-like water, steady wind, and unforgettable sessions. This is the perfect place to fine-tune your skills, enjoy your final sessions, and celebrate with a seafood farewell dinner under the stars
From start to finish, this journey is designed to flow — each destination bringing new energy, new conditions, and new memories. Get ready to explore, connect, and ride your heart out in Brazil’s ultimate kitesurf playground
